About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. You will lead market analysis and expansion initiatives, working closely with leadership to shape the company's growth trajectory.

What You'll Do

  • 01Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics and fleet management sector
  • 02Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • 03Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • 04Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • 05Collaborate with marketing team to develop compelling proposals and presentations
  • 06Negotiate contracts and close deals with enterprise clients
  • 07Represent the company at industry events and conferences

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Proven track record in logistics, technology, or related sector
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Valid UK driving licence
